Rueda Wine Route. D.O. Wine Tourism.

The Spanish Association of Wine-Producing Towns and Cities (ACEVIN by its Spanish initials) as the responsible of the Wine Routes of Spain at the request of Medina del Campo and Rueda Town Councils, and the grouping of Municipalities of Medina, develops Rueda Wine Route, with the objective of promoting the territory where the Designation of Origin of Rueda is circumscribed, from a tourist point of view.
This successful project is supported and promoted by the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism through the State Secretary for Tourism. The Designation of Origin of Rueda joins the project after many years of previous works and aware of the profits which can be generated to our economy.
For this reason, ACEVIN members of D.O. Rueda together with Town Councils of La Seca, Nava del Rey and Serrada, the Regulatory Council of the Designation of Origin of Rueda, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Valladolid and the Citizens for the Defence of Valladolid Heritage Association, drive the creation of Rueda Route in order to increase efforts between public and private entities related to tourism and wine tourism industry.

This Association was registered on the Regional Government of Castile and Leon on June 7th, 2013.
